Knitting Pattrens Book 250 - Hirose
By WilburGoose @ 10:29 AM :: 850 Views :: 0 Comments :: :: Reviews of Japanese Stitch Libraries
There are TWO books that look very similar, both with the number 250 on it.  This one is the one with purple text and was edited by M Hirose.   This book actually contains approx 127 crochet patterns and approx 123 knitting patterns.

Note: The title of the book is in poor English...it should have been Knitting Patterns not Pattrens.

GooseRating - 9 happy honks if you like cable patterns, 6 happy honks if you're primarily a lace knitter.

Wow, what a refreshing article showing translations of not just knitting/crochet terms, but the names of the tools (ie crochet hook, knitting needles) and cute phrases so that you can participate in a knitting meeting (such as "Oh my, I've dropped a stitch" or "Did you knit that yourself?")

GooseRating: 9 of 10 happy honks
